Today's oil refineries require more attention than ever before. Management of change, safety in design, work selection, oversight of shop fabrication, turnaround field support and capital project reviews are just a few examples of the types of worklist items crossing the refinery mechanical engineer's desk, and there simply isn't enough manpower to address them all.
